Tickets

A work order is one customer, one location, one visit. Tickets is the surface where that object lives — the dispatcher schedules it, the tech runs it, the customer signs it, and the billing system reads it. No second app, no separate login, no exported-and-imported data.

The signature moment: when the tech finishes, the customer signs on their own phone — by texted link, no account required — and the ticket is closed before the truck pulls away. That’s the line dispatchers will keep saying out loud after the demo.
